Acceptable Use
What you and your players may not do with voice on Aurix Cloud. Part of the [Terms](terms.html).
Prohibited#
- Intercepting, recording or transcribing other users' audio without the consent the law requires in their jurisdiction — including recording players without an in-game notice.
- Harassment, threats, child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, or facilitating any of these. We cooperate with law enforcement on valid requests.
- Using the service to attack others (DDoS relays, credential stuffing, scraping of our or others' infrastructure).
- Circumventing metering, plan limits or the spending-limit ladder; sharing one project's credentials across unrelated products; reselling raw capacity.
- Load patterns that degrade other tenants on shared pools (bots at scale on Free/Indie); use dedicated nodes for load tests and tell us first above 2 000 simulated participants.
- Uploading malware or using the SDKs to deliver it.
Your responsibilities as a game operator#
- Give players a way to mute and report; run moderation appropriate to your audience; respect age ratings and parental-consent law.
- Keep SDK keys server-side; rotate on suspicion.
- Provide your own privacy notice covering voice chat.
Enforcement#
We prefer to talk first. For platform-safety issues we may rate-limit or suspend a project immediately and notify the owners; for everything else you get a notice and a reasonable time to fix. Repeated or severe violations end the contract.
