Terms of Service

Aurix Cloud — effective on publication. Draft pending legal review; the engine itself is licensed separately under its open-source licence.

1. The service#

Aurix Cloud ("the Service") provides hosted voice-chat capacity, a management console and related APIs operated by Aurix ("we"). The Service is offered to businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity.

2. Accounts#

You are responsible for the credentials you create (SDK keys, server keys, tokens) and for activity under them. Keep them secret and rotate them if exposed. You must provide a working e-mail address for billing and incident notices.

3. Fees#

Refunds per the Refund policy. Prices are listed in the catalog and on the pricing page in USD before tax. Paddle.com is the merchant of record and issues invoices and receipts. Usage fees are charged monthly in arrears; subscriptions in advance. A spending limit degrades service as documented and does not waive fees already incurred below it. Unpaid invoices may suspend new capacity after 14 days and the account after 30; nothing is deleted.

4. Acceptable use#

The Acceptable Use Policy applies. No unlawful content, harassment, interception of other users' audio, circumvention of capacity limits, resale of raw capacity without our consent, or load that endangers other tenants. We may rate-limit or suspend a project that threatens platform integrity and will notify you.

5. Your content and data#

Audio belongs to you and your players. We process it only to deliver it and, when you enable it, to record or transcribe it on your behalf. Our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement apply.

6. Availability#

Details and credits: SLA. Free and Indie are provided as-is with no uptime commitment. Cloud nodes and BYOC control plane target 99.9 % monthly availability of the token and signalling path; credits of 10 % / 25 % of the month's fees apply below 99.9 % / 99.0 % on written request within 30 days.

7. Changes and termination#

You may delete projects and your account at any time; usage up to deletion is invoiced. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by e-mail; continued use is acceptance. We may terminate for material breach with notice, or immediately for abuse.

8. Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue or data not caused by our gross negligence.

9. Law#

The operating entity is being incorporated in Delaware, USA; from incorporation these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with venue in its courts, and the entity's details will be published in the imprint before paid plans open. Mandatory consumer law is unaffected.
