Aurix Cloud is operated by an individual developer; there is no registered company behind the service yet. The legal name and postal address of the operator are provided on request — write to [email protected] — and will be published here when the operating entity (planned: Delaware, USA) is incorporated and before paid plans open.

Dispute resolution#
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Merchant of record#
When paid plans open, purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) or Paddle.com Inc. (USA) as merchant of record; Paddle handles customer-service enquiries about payments and returns. During the launch period only free plans (Free, and Your infrastructure without charge) can be activated, so no payments are taken.
